Update emergency scheduled change requests

This action will allow the change managers to update the work notes on all emergency (scheduled) changes before a specified planned start date.

Inputs:


1. Name = Planned start date , field type = Date/Time , Mandatory
= true
2. Name = Notes , field type = Journal , Mandatory = true

Output:


1. Name= Change Request , field type = List

Hi @ravichandra1998g I am trying to do this second time and it is always capturing extra files and there is no option to delete.

i have not captured anything apart from flow action from servicenow.

I can see "Action for Hactoberfest" is getting copied into this PR.

create a new branch and make sure only the Change one gets added.

Alternatively to creating a new branch, you can delete the irrelevant action from the sys_hub_action_type_definition table.
