Introduces support for loading and executing mcfunction files from behavior packs, including tick functions defined in tick.json. Adds a function command for executing mcfunctions, updates the BehaviorPack class to read mcfunctions, and integrates tick function execution on world ticks. Also refactors related code for improved structure and error handling.
