This seems fine to me, but I haven't tested it. Anyone else actively using SemGuS Java right now to check it? |
* Added support for parametric sorts and correct conversion of identifiers with numeral arguments. Added shadowJar to gradle config to make fat JAR directly executable. * Added readme note pointing to parser version.

This pull request adds support for annotations in function definition.
According to SemGuS documents, the function bodies may be annotated with input and output variables. However the annotations are ignored by the current parser. This PR implements reading annotations from the function body.
