* docs: add CLAUDE.md for project onboarding Adds a comprehensive CLAUDE.md covering build instructions (macOS/Linux), test commands, project layout, key Seismic files, dependencies, code style, CI, and a troubleshooting table based on real build/test runs. * docs: fix inaccuracies and add missing entries in CLAUDE.md Correct architecture description (op-evm and seismic-evm are parallel siblings, not layered), fix upstream branch name, remove hardcoded test counts, trim CI section to seismic.yml only, and document missing Seismic-specific files (protocol_params.rs, tx.rs, eip6110.rs). --------- Co-authored-by: mhaines <mhaines9219@gmail.com>
