Define the path to the config_files directory once at the top of your script, reducing the need to repeatedly construct it.
Check the existence of the config_files directory at the start of the script. This way, you can prevent generating certificates if the directory does not exist.
If you are not interested in retaining the standard output, redirect it to /dev/null to reduce unnecessary terminal output.
