Do you know if we can get the HTML/other artifacts uploaded directly instead of as a zip archive? I saw this announcement https://github.blog/changelog/2026-02-26-github-actions-now-supports-uploading-and-downloading-non-zipped-artifacts/ |

Rationale
Right now we can't examine the results from the conda tests. Need this now since PROJ 9.8 is causing a bunch of changes and is only available with conda.
