Add Authorization header to mirror requests, similar to how nvm uses NVM_AUTH_HEADER. This allows installation from private mirrors that require authentication


Not a rusty dev here. I've been just playing around with some pet projects.
Please let me know if you want this to be solved differently. More than happy to help.

This is based on nvm and setup node, which seems a validated and useful feature (I personally need it and maybe some enterprises as well)

Note:
Sorry for the huge diff, it is mostly due to cargo fmt and long variable name (node_dist_mirror_token).
