This PR implements the following when using the manual annotation with fixed ID mode (shortcut Y):

Fix for retrieving x, y coordinates from status bar label on right image
Store labels array with deletion ROIs applied
Auto range when deactivating mode
Automatic brush/eraser size based on hovered object size
