Commands:

• mangas - Show mangas id
• followed - Show followed mangas list
• all - Get pings for all mangas
• toggle - Toggle pings
• follow MANGA_ID... - Follow manga(s)
• unfollow MANGA_ID... - Unfollow manga(s)
