UX: Add clear button to URL input

• Added a conditional 'Clear' button to the UrlInput component to allow users to easily reset the input field.
• The button is accessible (aria-label, keyboard focus) and programmatically returns focus to the input after clearing.
• Removed the unused UrlInputWithBranding component to clean up the codebase.
• Verified functionality with a Playwright script and screenshot.
