Updated the maxNumberOfIntervals from 5 to 20 so that it will continue to call focusOnGauLookup function to have the gau-lookup field as focused after adding a new row entry through add allocation button.

* Resovle error in NPSP settings page * There are over 500 gack with an error for "caused by: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'length')]" associated with the STG_SettingsManager page and the `sendProgressEvents()` method.
