SPM Auto Splitter vBeta4

• Fixed the 100% splits not working after hundo_sequence = 1
• Fixed the 1.89 million point grind split, which was splitting on the door instead of after on the return pipe
• Attempted to fix the Pure Heart split not working by adding a different address as a backup. (Still needs to be frame tested with the rest of all of the splits)
• Fixed the incorrect required coordinates on the Chapter 8 door split.

If you experience any other bug not listed in the issues, please make a new one! :)

What's new in vBeta3:

• Fixed a bug that would cause the entire auto splitter to crash because of a missing global
• Fixed a lot of bugs in the splits that would straight up not work.
• First release for SPMTool
