Pull Request Overview
Adds a dedicated "Per-Application Reporting" section to the dashboard overview page, providing direct links to individual application reports identified by their unique UUIDs.
- Adds a new section with links to 17 different Stanford applications
- Each link uses the application's UUID for routing to specific application pages
- Maintains consistent styling with existing dashboard sections using Stanford Cardinal colors

The hardcoded list of applications makes this component difficult to maintain. Consider fetching this data dynamically from an API or configuration file to avoid manual updates when applications are added, removed, or renamed.
