Image_qc.py Warning - QC failed

Hi team,

I am running SAW (v8.2.2) with my sample and have been able to complete the run. However, I couldn't find the cell-segmentation result which happened due to 'Image QC Fail'. I have tried flipping the image (top-bottom) just in case, but did not work.
Attached is my 'log_register' file and I wonder would there be anything that I can play around with to get the cell-segmented data.

Hello. Due to poor image quality, the image has failed quality control, so image registration and cell segmentation will not be performed.

You may use the generated visualization.tar.gz, import it into StereoMap ImageProcessing, complete the image registration in Step 2 as instructed, then click Next Step directly for both Step 3 and Step 4.

Finally, import the exported image tar.gz into the SAW realign pipeline for processing.
