These commits provide additional warnings in the documentation that the amdirt viewer command is only meant for filtering for data that were uploaded to ENA/SRA and cannot be used for FastA files from GenBank or GitHub.
Additionally, it pins the versions of the Python module
streamlitandstreamlit-aggridso that the auto-generated documentation in the readthedocs is displayed.
