The bean is now throwing an UnsupportedOperationException:

java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: Compilation time monitoring is not supported.
        	at org.graalvm.nativeimage.builder/com.oracle.svm.core.jdk.management.SubstrateCompilationMXBean.getTotalCompilationTime(SubstrateCompilationMXBean.java:66)
        	at trufflesom/trufflesom.primitives.basics.SystemPrims$CompilerStatsPrim.doSObject(SystemPrims.java:303)
