- FSdict files are updated instead of overwritten
- FSdict files now output to --path (instead of current directory)
- BunchStructure.root uses --path directory (instead of current directory)

This commit introduces a new command 'get-dict' to extract the bunch structure for a given fill number and print it as a dictionary. A new function getBunchStructureDict is added to handle the extraction of the bunch structure from the filling scheme file. The BunchNumberPlotFromData function is also updated to improve progress logging and sampling.
