1. Download as Zip Folder

2. Install as Theme

3. Header & Footer will be empty when you visit site - 
   Head to 'Theme Customizer > 
            General Settings > 
            New Header & Footer' 
   to set new ones.
   
4. I wrote this code a while ago and just found 
   it on an old memory card. I tested it and it 
   worked for me but don't blame me if it doesn't 
   work for you.
