Added code that creates another tab which draws a dotplot for a single gene over two meta data fields.
modified writerPlugin.R for compatibility with default sc1 dataset.
Imported the code for violin plots from pull request SGDDNB SGDDNB#75
assume sc1 to be interchangeable with scRNA for plugin code
added handling of sc1 as scRNA prefix
Fixed pointer to bubble plots
ammend typo
scRNA ATAC plugin find ATAC peaks over gene regions
merge update for seuratv5 from head repository
