MechGenv1.1

Version v1.1 includes some bug fixes, improvements to the full mechanism generation process, and other minor updates made during the preparation of a manuscript describing the system and in response to reviewer comments. The current system is described by

No changes were made to the chemical assignments or estimates used in generating single-step reactions. Some changes were made to the methods for determining which reactions can be treated as negligible when full mechanisms are generated, resulting in some changes in reaction details and minor product yields in full mechanisms generated for larger molecules.

The first official release version of the MechGen database that can be installed on Windows, Linux, or Unix systems.
