Would like to add support for tubelib, that wont play well with having pipeworks as hard dependency so forget about hard dependencies. Basically whole mod should have only optional dependencies, tools that are not usable / needed can be disabled anyway. |

v1.3.1 release patch. Released to ContentDB.
Consider changing dependencies instead, it might be best to have pipeworks as hard dependency for tubetool.
If that is possible then replace this patch with mod.conf update for new versions / 2.x series.
