This PR updates both README files by:
reordering channel sections,
adding current platform screenshots (WhatsApp, Feishu, WeCom, WeChat, QQ, and local web UI),
and clarifying that the dashboard belongs to optional local web chat,
so the docs better reflect real usage and reduce onboarding confusion.
