feat: RISC-V vector extension support

• add support for matching instructions with a '.' in the middle (i.e vse32.v)
• add support for mask register flag args which also have a strange syntax (i.e v0.t)

I think it used a more recent/local version of treesitter to rebuild; I couldnt get the build to work locally
