Menu command

using ./ssm menu will launch SSM in menu mode. showing a list of all the commands. use arrow keys or j or k will cycle though the options. Enter to select.

recommend for Menu to look and operate correctly. Make PS Terminal Window Height long enough to fit all menu text in one window. ie (2000-3000 Lines)
