This repository contains a build and manual for the Detection of RNA Outlier Pipeline(DROP). To create the container install singularity on a linux system and follow the instuctions in the "Create_container.txt" file on your commandline. For further information on running the container see the run manual.
The build path in this for DROP 1.2.4, to build a container with a different DROP version download the corresponding .yaml file from the DROP repository and change this one with the drop_env.yaml file and update the version in the git clone in the Create_container.txt file.
