feat: implement pdf zoom functionality

Summary

This PR adds zoom functionality to the PDF viewer, allowing users to zoom in/out of document pages for better readability.

Features Added

• Zoom Controls: Added + and - buttons to zoom in and out.
• Zoom Levels: Supports zoom levels from 50% to 200%.
• Reset Function: Added a reset button that appears when zoom is active to return to 100%.

Details

• Modified app/file-browser.tsx to include inline zoom logic for the File Modal.
• Modified app/file/[...path]/page.tsx to include zoom state and controls for the Standalone Page.
