Re-releasing as a .netcore app

Release 1.0.0

The first major release of this app.

All should be working, if bugs are discovered, will update at that time.

Was having issues with getting a single EXE.

WIll work on that front later.

For now, Just use the Notification Squad.exe in zip file.
