Don't press on hover Plugin for OpenTabletDriver

Cancels mouse buttons when the pen is hovering.

Explanation of the values:

Maximum hover Distance before liftoff: The maximum HoverDistance where mouse buttons are sent.

How to find HoverDistance:

• Open tablet debugger by going to Tablets > Tablet debugger...
• Put your pen within detection range of your tablet
• The Tablet Report box will show the current values for HoverDistance.

HoverDistance will not show on all tablets. If this is the case for your tablet, HoverDistance is not supported.
