After discussion with @samclassix, we believe this PR intended to add Frankencoin (ZCHF) to Request Finance. Since this PR would not have the intended effect, I am closing it.

Details:

• Adding a token to the Request Network Token List does not automatically add the token to the Request Finance app.
• The Request Finance team is separate from the Request Network, so we recommend reaching out to them directly for feature requests.
