ParaId 2022 is not found in the registrar, which was preventing a task from being assigned to it. This should never happen on a production network; however, on a testnet, a parachain may have been set up with sudo instead of the registrar pallet. In such cases, the UI should not prevent assigning the core to the task but should instead provide a warning.

Closes: #250
