Things to do:

  • Work on generate_inputs, run, and parse_output methods in btb.py
  • Create tests for btb

Currently goes through all the snakemake process without any errors. Still need to write up pytest functions.

TODOs to get this up to speed:

  • transfer BTB github repo to Reed-Compbio? Ask @ellango2612.
  • push docker image to reedcompbio DockerHub
  • make changes about adding directionality to input/output files
  • finish testing for case when files are missing
