Fix map jumping when clicking markers near borders with rotation/bearing enabled.
The panInside function was using incorrect bounds calculation starting from
rect position instead of [0,0], causing unnecessary panning when rotation
was enabled and markers were clicked near map edges.
Solves issue #52 and #59
