Same-named Parents with any children Instances get "merged" incorrectly

Having multiple parent Instances (any instance, including other Scripts) with the that contain children Scripts with the same name get "merged", causing updates to one (deleting, renaming) to affect the "merged" parent.

Looking at this further, there seems to be no simple way to solve this issue unless we purposefully disambiguate all folders and instances by their GUIDs.

I find this approach very ugly and far less approachable than what we had before.

I've instead tried de-duping folders the same way we currently de-dupe Scripts (adding "__{guid}" suffix). It's somewhat more manageable, but still comes with its fair share of small edge cases.

Even Roblox themselves, with their official Script Sync, prefer to handle this by forcing the "Increment names for new instances" option when Script Sync is active, instead of trying to deal with this in the filesystem.

I may come back to fixing this at some point (especially after I'm done with other improvements relating to Sourcemap generation), but for now I don't think It's worth it for me to sink in more hours into solving issues for people that code like this:
