Allows Macros to take advantage of 16-bit (fine/coarse) 2-channel DMX controls where available.
This does require a change in the specification of Macros, such that "channels" must be listed as either "LoRes" (single channel value) or "HiRes" (two channels). Either way, multiple channels (or pairs of channels) can still be targeted as part of a single macro, as before.
