Description of Proposed Changes
When I went through the contribution process for #19, running
yarn releasedid not actually make a commit like the docs currently say -- I had to make it myself and push the changes up.Regardless of how we eventually want that process to work, let's get the docs in line so others aren't tripped up by it.
