Added translations for drop down menus in the games tab, added translations for the download page, added translations for the shortcuts page in settings, added partial translation for account deletion.

Added translations for drop down menus in the games tab, added translations for the download page, added translations for the shortcuts page in settings, added partial translation for account deletion. Github wouldn't let me put it under nl-NL.json so I opted to add it as nl-BE.json.
