This PR improves the UI/UX of the Core War Evolver CLI by standardizing the visual representation of tactical strategies and system dividers.

Key Improvements:

  1. Tactical Clarity: Warriors are now consistently color-coded by their identified strategy (e.g., Paper in Green, Stone in Red) across all commands, from the real-time Status Dashboard to detailed Inspection reports. This allows users to immediately grasp the tactical "Meta" of an arena.
  2. Visual Hierarchy: Hardcoded dashed lines have been replaced with terminal-aware separators via get_separator(). This ensures consistent dividers that respond to terminal width, making complex tables much easier to read.
  3. Consistency & Efficiency: Padding calculations for tables now use logical string lengths instead of redundant strip_ansi calls where possible, ensuring perfect alignment even when multiple colors are used in a single row. Redundant ANSI escape sequences were also removed for cleaner output.

These changes reduce cognitive load for users monitoring evolution progress and analyzing warrior performance.

- Implement semantic strategy coloring using get_strategy_color() in all major outputs (Status, Leaderboard, Battle, Tournament, Gauntlet, Report, Inspection, Hall of Fame).
- Standardize horizontal separators using terminal-aware get_separator() for a cleaner visual hierarchy.
- Optimize table alignment logic by using pre-colored string lengths for padding calculations, improving efficiency and reliability.
- Fix nested ANSI escape code redundancies and improve information density in the Status Dashboard.
