[UI/UX] Standardize Strategy Coloring and Visual Hierarchy#405

This PR improves the UI/UX of the Core War Evolver CLI by standardizing the visual representation of tactical strategies and system dividers.
Key Improvements:
get_separator(). This ensures consistent dividers that respond to terminal width, making complex tables much easier to read.strip_ansicalls where possible, ensuring perfect alignment even when multiple colors are used in a single row. Redundant ANSI escape sequences were also removed for cleaner output.These changes reduce cognitive load for users monitoring evolution progress and analyzing warrior performance.
