Improved the README.md to be more understandable and accessible for both developers and casual users. I added missing prerequisites, documented the examples/ folder, and comprehensively updated the Command Line Tools section to include short aliases and previously undocumented commands like --rankings and --check. The formatting was also standardized for better readability.

This commit improves the accessibility and usability of the Core War Evolver
by providing a more comprehensive README.md. Key changes include:
- Added a note that only the Python standard library is required.
- Added the 'examples/' directory to the Files and Folders section.
- Documented short aliases (-s, -l, -b, etc.) for almost all CLI commands.
- Added documentation for missing commands: Rankings, Check Setup, Dump Config, and Version.
- Standardized the formatting of the Command Line Tools section for better readability.
