[TEST] Refactor log retrieval system and modernize tests#356

- Removed redundant get_latest_log_entry wrapper from evolverstage.py. - Updated get_recent_log_entries to include the bred_with field. - Optimized get_evolution_status to read log entries once instead of twice. - Refactored tests/test_log_utils.py to use real temporary files and expanded coverage. - Updated tests/test_evolution_status.py and tests/test_status.py to reflect API changes. This PR modernizes the log retrieval system in
evolverstage.pyand its associated tests.Key changes include:
get_latest_log_entry()function and optimizedget_evolution_status()to perform a single call toget_recent_log_entries(). The latter was also updated to include the previously ignoredbred_withfield.tests/test_log_utils.pywas refactored from using fragile mocks to using real temporary files viatempfile, providing much more robust verification of file I/O and parsing logic.All 186 tests pass successfully.
