Updated README.md to include missing CLI commands (--trends, --collect, --seed), short aliases, and a new Dynamic Selectors section. Standardized terminology to use "folder" consistently in descriptions and ensured the text follows Plain English guidelines for better accessibility. Verified that all documented features match the actual code behavior in evolverstage.py.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 18348903731641344379 started by @RainRat

This update improves the README.md by:
- Adding documentation for missing commands: --trends (-r), --collect (-k), and --seed.
- Including short aliases for all relevant CLI tools.
- Adding a dedicated 'Dynamic Selectors' section to explain 'top', 'random', and the '@n' arena suffix.
- Standardizing terminology to use 'folder' instead of 'directory' in descriptions for better accessibility.
- Following 'Plain English' and 'Simplicity' guidelines to make the tool easier for a global audience to understand.
