This PR improves the usability and visual hierarchy of the evolverstage.py CLI tool.

Key improvements:

  1. Visual Hierarchy: The help output now features a concise usage line and organized command categories, making it much easier for users to find relevant flags.
  2. Friction Reduction: "Smart Arena Inference" allows users to omit the --arena flag when they already provide a path (e.g., arena1/warrior.red) or a selector (e.g., top@5). The system now intelligently detects the intended arena settings from these arguments.
  3. Consistency: Arena index parsing is now centralized, ensuring uniform behavior across all commands, including a refactored --harvest command.

All changes have been verified with a new suite of unit tests and by running the full project test suite (142 tests passing).

…rence

- Simplified the `Usage:` help text to a clean `[COMMAND] [OPTIONS]` format.
- Reorganized CLI commands into logical sections (General, Evolution, Battle, Utilities, Analysis).
- Implemented "Smart Arena Inference" in `_get_arena_idx` to automatically detect arena index from file paths or selectors.
- Consolidated arena index parsing across the CLI, including the `--harvest` command.
- Added comprehensive unit tests for the new arena inference logic.
- Addressed code review feedback to prevent false positives from script paths.
