I've thought about this but haven't thought of a good way to approach it yet. Let me take a look at see. |

I found the
items.jsonfile to be too cluttered with all the localizations in-line with normal data.This merge would split the localizations of items and effects into a separate
localizationsfolder, with English being the default language initems.json.Tests have been run to check for missing data.
If this pull request is approved, I can also start work on separating other files.
