Auto download for create.swf now works again.
Added auto-download for create.swf extended's spellchecker dictionary.txt(asks when you finish downloading create.swf extended).
.Swf window works with non-default dpi settings when using fullscreen.
ComicLayouter's dictionary has been renamed to "CL Dictionary.txt", to avoid overlapping with create.swf extended's spellchecker data.
ComicLayouter's auto-spellchecking is now disabled when create.swf extended's spell checking feature is active.
