This PR updates the tests to the v0.11 fixes and improvements epic - part 3 (part 1: #30, part 2: #35).

Part 3 of the epic includes the following fixes/changes:

• fix TransitionBundle::merge_reveal by removing an outdated check (should have been removed together with the removal of blank transitions)
• validation: add Warning::UnsafeHistory only if map is not empty
• lint with Rust 1.87.0
• create a single consignment for every recipient (per-recipient consignments not needed anymore since state is now always revealed)

This is not yet complete, in the following days we'll add more commits and update the description accordingly.
