Document formatter traits and bump to 0.5.7

• document the formatter trait support in the README template (and generated README) with executable examples and thiserror v2 compatibility notes
• translate the formatter guidance for README.ru and expand the integration list
• extend the masterror::error module docs, bump the crate to 0.5.7, and record the release in the changelog
