LGTM! 👍
Clean addition of the Sentry OpenTelemetry agent. Follows the existing patterns and builds nicely on the current Sentry setup.
One suggestion: might want to add a quick note in the README about how to actually use this (probably needs a -javaagent JVM arg), but the code change itself is solid.
