Description: Update radar commons to enable open telemetry
This pr updates radar commons to version 1.2.2 which enables open telemetry.
Radar auth and managementportal client have been updated to Java 17 to work with the new radar commons version.
Additionally documentation on how to run gatling tests has been elaborated on.
