Hotfix/fix pools page bugs

• Reproduce Issue1

1. Go to pools page
2. Choose Double sided deposit type.
3. Choose tokens (ex: Pol and USDT)
4. The Approve USDT button is enabled before inputting the token amount.
5. If the user clicks the Approve USDT button on this case. 1 USDT is approved.

• Reproduce Issue 2

1. Go to pools page
2. Choose Double sided deposit type.
3. Choose Manual Range
4. Choose Gammar valut.
5. It goes to Automatic range but the UI is wrong.

• Issue 3

1. Go to pools page
2. Choose Double sided deposit type.
3. Choose Automatic Range
4. Choose Steer Vault
5. Override the "Out of Reange" text

• This PR is fixed Issue 1
  If the token amounts isn't inputted, the approve button is hidden.
