• added hydrogen_qiskit.ipynb jupyter notebook
  • with instructions how to set up the hydrogen VQE Qiskit algorithm
  • added hydrogen_qiskit.json to run algorithm locally on Windows
• rewrote hydrogen_qiskit.py file to execute algorithm for multiple distances
• fixed bugs for qxelerator return values
  • qxelerator does not return the counts for all states, only "00". Implemented workaround using result.state instead of result.results
