Matlab and Python codes to write a 3D Phase-Cycled bSSFP Cartesian Sequence in the Pulseq Framework.

Implementation

Steady-state Block

  • Rectangular RF preparation pulses

Data Acquisition Block

  • Rectangular RF excitation pulse
  • Trapezoidal prephaser gradients in readout (Gx), phase (Gy) and slice (Gz) encoding directions
  • ADC event

Gradient Balance Block

  • Trapezoidal rephaser gradients in readout (Gx), phase (Gy) and slice (Gz) encoding directions

Phase-Cycling

  • Incrementation of RF excitation angle
